He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Sr and Anna Kozloski, Sr. (Tuckett); and his brother-in-law Richard Kruzikas. He is survived by : his spouse Jo Ann Casolo; his child Moreau; his wife Jeanne Kozloski of Gansevoort; his children, Benjamin Kozloski of Clifton Park, Tucker Kozloski of Gansevoort and Janna Kozloski of Gansevoort; and his siblings, Susan Knightes (David) of St. Albans, Karen Kahtz (Bradley) of Pinehurst, Diane Kruzikas of Glenville and Richard Kozloski (Mary). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and their families David (Renee) Knightes of Denville, New Jersey, Christopher Knightes of Narragansett, Rhode Island, Laura Berger of Atlanta, Georgia, Kerri Barrett of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Aleeza Opelt of Schenectady, Leslie Kozloski of Marlboro, Massachusetts, and Stash (Trisha) Kozloski of New Haven, Connecticut, He is also survived by his wife's family which includes many brothers- and sisters-in law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
