It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mario Vicente Llobell (Garden City Park, New York), who passed away on July 4, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy; his son Vincent; his daughter-in-law Paola; his daughter Linda; his stepchildren, Kimberly (Brian), Kelly and Anthony; his grandchildren, Kayla, Samantha, Kelsey, Kenadi, Cameron and Maximilian; his brother Carlos; his sister-in-law Ophelia; his sibling's children, Marina (Ivana) and Federico; his great-nephew Vicente; and his parents, Vicente Rosa and Josefina Rosa.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Park Funeral Chapels (2175 Jericho Tpke, Garden City Park, NY 11040). A Mass was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory R. C. Church (2 Floral Pkwy, Floral Park, NY 11001). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 91 Eads St, West Babylon, NY 11704.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to one of the following 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations, in honor of Mario's life and legacy: Save the Great South Bay – dedicated to restoring Long Island's bay and waterways for future generations.
