He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Elmer Zastrow and Gertrude Zastrow; his sisters, Myra Fry of Lockport, NY and Annabelle Bird (Arthur) of Niagara Falls, NY.; his daughters, Tammy Flaherty (Rob) of Annapolis, MD, Debbie Palladino (Mike) of Tonawanda, NY, Sherrie MacNeill (Dan) of Homer, NY, Kelly Wick (Dale) of Mendon, NY, Darcy Watson and Paula LeBere (Brian) of Englewood, FL; his wife Carrol (Welton); and his siblings, Joan Vought, Pauline Fry, Phyllis Shank and Howard Zastrow. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
