He was predeceased by : his parents, David Todd and Helen Todd (Kelly); and his brother Donald Todd. He is survived by : his sister Norma Kelly; his wife Ellen Ballard; his children, Sandra Todd Bellman (Michael), David Todd Cynthia Todd (Bruce) and Wade Todd (Melissa); his grandchildren, Meagan, Brooke, Ellie, Davey, Addy, Hayden, Jake, Becky, Mitchell, Darlene and Pablo; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jazmyne, Alia, James, Luna, Lucy, Liam, Sadie, Carter, Dani, Charlotte and Oakley.

NY requires those in attendance to adhere to social distancing guidelines and face covering are mandatory.
