She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Robert A. Thompson and Florence L. Eyer Thompson; her husband Douglas; her sons, Scott Cripps (Sheila) of Geneseo, Andy Cripps (Kelly) of Hilton and Timothy Cripps (Jessica) of Arlington, VA; her grandchildren, Joel, Paul, Brittany, Julie, Liam and Kai; and her brother Gary Thompson (Phyllis) of Henrietta. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620.
