With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Porter Wayne Swede of Geneseo, New York, born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on March 1, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his daughter Kerri Forsberg; his close friend Karen Rumfola; his son Wayne Swede (Brynn Ross) of Geneseo; his grandchildren, Ryan Consiglio (Alyssa) of Phelps, Chelsey Saunders of Holley and Austin Wester of Perry; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Hailey, Hayden and Paysen; his stepdaughter Kellie Nevin (Jamie); his stepgrandchildren, Riley of Avon and Natalie Nevin of Avon; his former life partner Rosemary Swede of Geneseo; his brother David Swede (Darlene) of Perry; and his parents, Porter H. Swede and Bernice Ault Swede. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
