He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Charles Binder Jr. (Kim) of Geneva and Karen Cook (Brian) of Geneva; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Madison.

Memorial contributions, in his memory, may be made to Our Lady of Peace Parish.
