She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Tillman and Eileen Burke Tillman; her husband John Mesmer; and her siblings, Richard Tillman, Shirley Snow and Virginia Garrow.
She is survived by: her children, John W. Mesmer Jr. (Jamie) of Geneva, Mark S. Mesmer (Steffanie), Daniel Yeagley, Marcus Yaegley and Heather DeCicca (Matthew) of Geneva; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Smith of Geneva and Marcia Gussler of Geneva; her sisters, Beverly Tillman of Newark, Phyllis Galiotti (Tom) of Geneva, Debbie Doeblin (John) and Nancy Sheradin (Curt) of Oaks Corners; and her grandchildren, Alexander Mesmer, Isabella Mesmer, Landon DeCicca, Skylar DeCicca, Mark Mesmer and Sofia Mesmer.
