He was predeceased by : his parents, Merle H. Woodworth and Ella Combs Woodworth Sr.; and his siblings, William, James, Daniel Woodworth, Rachel and Mary Woodworth.

He is survived by : his wife Debra; his children, Joseph Woodworth (Holly) of Avoca, Kirk Woodworth of Bath, Tia Lynk (Brian) of Prattsburgh and Amy Nowicki (Ramiro Conde) of Bath; his siblings, Jerry Woodworth (Faith) of Corning, Helen Storm (Dave), Connie Force (Gerry) of Prattsburgh, Ellie Johnson of Bath, Lorrie Wallace (Jeff) of Hammondsport, Patricia Baer, April Rogers (Kelly) and Kathy Rice (Reginald) of Cameron, NY; his mother-in-law Ruth Leach; and his close friend James Evans of Scotland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
