Richard Dale Hinkein Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Dale Hinkein of Germantown, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Hinkein and Joann Hinkein (Scott); and his wife Karen McLean Hinkein. He is survived by: his son Eric Hinkein; his grandchildren, Leah, Gavin and Laina; his siblings, Sandy Crisco, Janet Fowler (Ken), Vivian Jackson, Karen Hinkein, Randy Hinkein (Lisa), Paula Hinkein, Jerri Richardson (Randy) and Keith Hinkein (Traci); his uncle Ralph Hinkein; and his sister-in-law Debbie McLean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bates and Anderson Funeral Home (110 Green St, Hudson, NY 12534). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
