He was predeceased by: his sister Angela. He is survived by: his parents, Eugenio and Gina; his son Gino; his sister Maria Pavelsky (Michael); his nephew Owen; and his niece Stella. He is also survived by his grandmother, aunts, uncles and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to: Care of Maria Pavelsky, 7108 McCallum St., Philadelphia, PA 19119 for a trust account to be established for Giuseppe's son.
