She was predeceased by: her husband Louis DeLalio; her parents, John Heggie and Rose Heggie; and her siblings, John F. Heggie and Anne Warnes.
She is survived by: her children, Denise DiMauro (Lucas), Louis, Luke (Tammy Hensrud) and John (Julie Sutherland); her grandchildren, Morgen, Callie, Tana and Rainer; her niece Jill Trolinger; and her nephews, Jake Heggie, Jason Heggie, John, William and Robert Warnes. She is also survived by many grandnieces, grandnephews and great-grandnieces.
In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to The National Endowment for the Arts, the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory or Barnard College.
