She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Stolarik and Anna Stolarik (Kubajak); her husband Stanley J. Zolek, Sr.; and her daughter Veronica Zolek. She is survived by: her brother Stephen Stolarik; her children, Elizabeth Skrovanek (Michael) and Stanley Jr. (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Natasha, Stanley, Skylar and Sebastian. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
