He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Pinckney; his daughter Vicki; his grandchildren, Para (Clare), Wendell, Terah, Kiba, Janai, Portia and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Khale, Mackenzie, Denisa, Shanaya, Kenya, Jordan, Amir, Amad, Kniel and Ariyah; and his nephews, Eric, Darren and Charles.
