Stanford Jr.; her children, Daniel (Dawn) of Lowville, Lewis of Glenfield, Joseph (Shannon) of Brownville, Peter (Delite), Bonnie of Lowville, Judith (Mark Ball), Timothy (Kathleen) and Patricia (Brian Moser); her spouse Phillip Nelson (Butch); her stepchildren, Phillip Nelson Jr. of Sun City, Richard, Robin Nelson of Oriskany Falls, NY, Wayne Nelson, Michael, Donna Nelson of Remsen, NY, Pamela Nelson of Rome, NY, Paul and Tammy Knowles of Rome, NY.; her daughter Kathrynn Stanford; her parents, Herbert S. Watts and Shirley Watts; her siblings, Everett Watts, Guy Watts and Ola Bishop (Pat); and her great grandchild Chloe Rene Seeloff. She was also cherished by Her 9 children, 31 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
