He is survived by: his children, Shane Stowell (Tammy) of Lowville, NY, Heather Ortlieb (John) of Lowville, NY and Shawnee Davis (Steven) of Rochester, NY; and his wife Muriel E. Hughes. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three step grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
