She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Elliott Sr. and Arlene Fowler Elliott Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Tony; her son Shaun; her daughter-in-law Erin Elliott of Watson; her grandson Jeramiah Elliott of Port Leyden; her siblings, Alton (Maryanne Elliott), Charles Elliott Jr. of Castorland, Patrick Elliott of Watertown and Elizabeth (Rick Roggie); and her close friend Edie Cross. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
