He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ambrosino and Catherine Constantino Ambrosino; and his brother Richard Ambrosino. He is survived by: his siblings, Doreen Ambrosino Kirby (Stephen C. Kirby) and Dr. John A. Ambrosino (Shannon Flaherty Ambrosino); his sister-in-law Ellen Siegle Ambrosino; his siblings' children, Cherisse M. Kirby, Theresa A. Kirby Traver (Kris Traver), Brandon Mendez, Rio, Milo and Trevor Mendez; his niece Sarah Ambrosino; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gia, Ariah and Jovanni; his siblings' children, Rebecca Ambrosino (Patty Crawford), Kimberly Ann Ambrosino Alexander, Genevieve, Katerina and Daniel Ambrosino; Aalyah.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Funeral Home (51 Fremont St, Gloversville, NY 12078). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (153 S Main St, Gloversville, NY 12078).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for memorial contributions in Don's name be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude's.
