He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Jennings Sr. and Annabelle Hovey Jennings; and his siblings, David Jennings, Vera Ofiaria, Emma DuPont and Erma Karp.
He is survived by: his children, Desiree, Sheri Chase, Paul Chase and Charles Reidhead; his close friend Lillian Chase; his brothers, William, Russell and Theodore Jenings Jr.; his grandchildren, Joseph Wasson, Paul Chase III, Amanda Chase, Christopher Chase, Kailey Chase and Kyle Chase; and his great grandchildren, JoJo, Damien, Lillionia, Kaylana, Tawnie, Allianna, Kendall, Gabriella, Oliver, Odin and Maddie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
