She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lukas and Florence Lukas. She is survived by: her husband Gary W. Hayes Sr.; and her children, John Hayes (Kathy), Gary W. Hayes Jr. (Jing), Tina Ferrara (Chris) and Jacqueline Staley (Steve). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Shriners.
