It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason John Smykla of Goshen, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Jason John Smykla to show support.

He is survived by: his parents, Jim Smykla (Jeanine) and Ann Jankowski (Mike); his daughter Raegan Smykla; his brothers, Jeremey (Kresta), Nick (Maggie), Mikey (DeLaney Myers), Chip (Constance) and Doug; and his siblings' children, Elexis, Kileigh, MacKinnon, Camrine, Shelby, Krisjian and Nicholas. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made in Ann Kaleita's name to go into a college fund for Jason's daughter, Raegan Smykla.
