He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Brogan and Jane Brogan (Mackay); and his siblings, Peter, James, Edward, Veronica, Geraldine and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine J. Brogan; his daughters, Tracy Chapman (Brogan), Tara Weglarz (Brogan) and Lauren Smith (Brogan); his grandchildren, Hannah Chapman, Mara Chapman, Lilah Smith, Leo Weglarz and Devon Weglarz; and his sisters, Barbara Bryzinski (Brogan) and Patricia Hanson (Brogan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces.
