She was predeceased by: her parent Phillip Goldstein; and her brother Richard Goldstein. She is survived by: her parent Edith Goldstein (Ginsberg); her children, Loren Gutman (Dworetzky), Jill Lewis (Dworetzky), Jason Lewis and David Dworetzky (Tracey Cassel-Dworetzky); her sister Shelley Saffer (Goldstein); and her grandchildren, Alexa, Evan, Matthew, Courtney, David Jr., Aiden, Tyler and Daityn.
She was very active in the Goshen community and served on the Goshen Democratic Committee, New York State United Teachers Association, CHAI Singles group, President, Founder, as well as a participant in the Cooperative Extension, and active in the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and Orange County Mental Health Association.
