She was predeceased by : her parents, Antonio Lasaponara and Angela Lasaponara; her husband Antonio Fazzino; and her brothers, Luigi and Joseph.

She is survived by : her daughters, Caterina Pastore (Tully) and Cristina Fazzino (Tina); her grandchildren, Taylor Marie Shute (Matthew), Alexis Anne, Jenna Elizabeth Pastore, Antonio Joseph and Adriana Marie Esposito; and her sisters, Carmela Cosh and Ann Daly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as great nieces and nephews.
