He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert McIntosh and Theresa McIntosh (Dashner); and his siblings, David, James, Robert, Vernon McIntosh, Ora Smith, Eula Robinson, Reitha Daggett, Alice Davison and Betty Daggett.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Cunningham; his children, David McIntosh of Antwerp and Anna Sides of Gouverneur; his grandchildren, Julie, Mike, Jaime Rose of North Carolina, Samantha and Ricky Sides of Gouverneur; his great grandchildren, Frances, Mason, Jesse, Johnathan, Kaylie, Miranda, Lexie and Jake of North Carolina; and also Sherry Shattuck of Gouverneur.
