She is survived by: her children, Michael (Vicky Cappellino), Carla Frank, Teresa Cappellino (Adam Steigerwald) and Peter (Ellen Cappellino); her husband Daniel Caruso; her stepchildren, Heather Hufford, Nicole Pfeifer and Sean Caruso; her stepgranddaughter Danielle Derrigo; and her grandchildren, Stacey Hance, James Frank, Paul Cappellino, Ashley Frank, Carl Cappellino and Amelia Cappellino.

In lieu of flowers, Nancy has asked that donations be made to St. James Church, Gouverneur Hospital Auxiliary, or Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
