He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H. Fuller and Audrey Fuller (Weaver); and his brothers, Charles and Roy Porter. He is survived by: his wife Diane Fuller; his sons, Forrest Fuller of Gouverneur, Ashley (Wendy Fuller) of Central Square and Brandon Fuller of Colton; his granddaughters, Morgan and Abigail Fuller; his stepgranddaughter Ashley Miller; and his brothers, Herb Fuller of Gouverneur, Philip Fuller of Plattsburgh and Van Fuller of Gouverneur.
