He was predeceased by: his parents, Voris Crockett and Bonetta Crockett; and his brother Keith Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Crockett; his children, Timothy Crockett (Jennifer) and Melissa Crockett Simpson; his grandchildren, Evan and Taylor; and his sister Nancy Cole-Neiswonger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
