Sharon L. Downing Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon L. Downing of Great Bend, New York, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Verbeck and Elizabeth Verbeck; her husband Gail N. Downing; her sons, William and Leon Downing; her sisters, Connie Brown and Barbara Morrow; and her mother-in-law Irene Buck.
She is survived by: her pet Coco; her children, Tessa Prince of Antwerp and Gail L. Downing of Carthage; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Moody (John) of Carthage and Marlene Landes (Bob) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins as well as a large extended family.
