He is survived by: his wife Ann Schmitt; his children, Jeffrey Schmitt (Terry) of Gates, NY, Lorraine Stevens (Ross) of Greece, NY, Kristine Murphy of Palmyra, NY and Kimberly Cahill (Michael) of Greece, NY.; his brother Robert Schmitt (Patricia); his siblings-in-law, Steve Piecuch (Sue), Joan Paquette (John) and Mary Lou Gorman (Harold); his grandchildren, Charles (Christa), Ashley, Collin, Abby, Amanda, Shaun, Andrew and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Christian and Angelina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
