She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Costanza and Anthony Costanza; her husband Pat O'Brien; and her son Todd Fritz. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Palamitia (Joseph) and Timothy Fritz (Jill); her grandchildren, Halli Leibenguth (Marcus), Heaven Palamitia, Hanna Palamitia, Ryan Fritz and Ellie Fritz; her great grandchild Scarlett; and her siblings, Gary Kern (Pam) and Diane Cerami. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Open Door Mission or the American Cancer Society in her memory.
