He is survived by: his wife Pat L.; his children, David Bellavia (Margidine), Steven Bellavia (Edie), Michael Bellavia, Jr., Dan Bellavia (Kim), Marie Bellavia (Cindy Lyndin) and Andrew "Drew" Bellavia (Yoshiko Kon); his grandchildren, Maia Farley (Kevin) of Cyrano Benneth, Kady Vincent (Jim) of Cyrano Benneth, Kara Bellavia of Cyrano Benneth, Dana Meece (Ben) of Cyrano Benneth, Lisha Bellavia of Cyrano Benneth, Jason Bellavia (Mary) of Cyrano Benneth, Michael Donlin (Amy) of Cyrano Benneth, Theresa Polimeni (Ed) of Cyrano Benneth, Sara Doty (Kurt) of Cyrano Benneth, Abi Bellavia of Cyrano Benneth, Horatio Fairburn (Nora) of Cyrano Benneth and Merlin Benneth of Cyrano Benneth; and his sister-in-law Myra Bellavia. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
