She was predeceased by : her parents, John Czarik and Anna Czarik; and her siblings, Theresa Murphy, Paul and John Czarik.
She is survived by : her close friend John; her children, Elizabeth Vanderweyde and Michael Dunphy; her granddaughter Tara Vanderweyde Saltis (Michael); and her close friends, Karl Lum, Cindy Lum, Amanda Wright and Christine Bixby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
