It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Simmonds of Greene, New York, born in New Hartford, New York, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Simmonds and Margaret Simmonds; his wife Alayne; his brother David Davies; and his brothers-in-law, Don Phelps and Norman Bryant.

He is survived by : his children, Sherry Brown (Charlie), Lanette Breck (Loren), Jeff Simmonds, Jo Ann Deady (Rich) and Rob Simmonds (Amy); his sister Joan Phelps; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Bryant, Wayne and Char Bryant. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Greene Fire Department, Greene Emergency Squad or First Congregational Church of Greene.
