He was predeceased by : his mother Cheryl Cook. He is survived by : his father John Bathrick (Linda); his sons, Cayden, Matthew and Joshua; his siblings, Herbert and Cynthia; and his aunt MaryAnn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
James' family requests that current CDC guidelines in regards to the current pandemic be followed.
