With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Utter of Greene, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Carol; his parents, Neil Utter and Iva Utter; his brothers, Donald, Robert, William, Ronald and Neil Jr.; and his children, Kirk Utter and Nancy Utter Palmer.

He is survived by : his children, Linda (Ben Johnson), Rick (Jodie Utter), Steve (Donna Utter), Amy (Rick Johnson), Jim (Kim Utter) and Doug Palmer; his grandchildren, Chanell, Carol Lynn, Loretta, Kristi, Lindsey, Aaron, Brandon, Jeremiah, Elizabeth, Ashley, Matthew and Makalya; his siblings, James (Sandra), Ila Jean (Andy), John (Terry) and Beverly (John); and his sister-in-law Pat. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greene Emergency Squad, 30 Birdsall Street, Greene, New York 13778.
