Devine (Greenwood Lake, New York), born in Inwood, New York, who passed away on December 7, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Fred; her son Gerald R. Waters III (Patricia); her brothers, Fred Amrell and Philip Amrell; and her brothers-in-law, Vincent (Joan Devine) and Frank Bigger Throughout.

She is survived by : her parent Janet; her husband John R. Devine; her sister Alice Bigger; her sister-in-law Ann Misiano (Vincent); her son Kerry J. Waters (Ann Marie); her significant other Donna Latella; her grandchildren, Roxann Waters (Matthew Woods), Jerry Waters, Kerryann Waters, Kristen Waters, Tricia Waters Cirone (Cono Cirone) and Alana Latella Devine; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Lucy and Theo Cirone. She is also survived by the many nieces and nephews.
