She was predeceased by: her parents, George Farr and Emma Largett Farr; her husband Donel Sweeney; and her siblings, Mary Louise Collins, Thomas and Vincent Farr.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Sweeney (Margaret), Darol Sweeney (Brenda), Dennis Sweeney (Pamela) and Deborah Sweeney (Bobby Taylor); her sister Betty Ann Braun (Ed); and her siblings-in-law, Jeannette Farr, Marge Belmont, Terry Collins and Richard Sweeney. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (4101 West Rd, Cortland, NY 13045). Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grace Christian Fellowship (1250 Fisher Ave, Cortland, NY 13045).
