He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kridler Tullis Jr. and Catherine Ann Giudice. He is survived by: his wife Felecia Ann Tullis; his daughter Leslie Anne Allen (Jack); his siblings, William Tullis and Sandra Swiertz (Bill); and his grandchildren, Keely, Corey Allen and Abbigayle Rawton.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rossi, Bellinger and Stewart Funeral Home (171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
