He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Iwaniec and Statia Iwaniec; and his brother Joseph M. Iwaniec. He is survived by: his nephews, Michael Iwaniec, Robert Iwaniec (Diane) and Joseph A. Iwaniec (Nicole); his niece Lisa Iwaniec; and his sister-in-law Florence Iwaniec (Kurt Kent).
