He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mikula and Edna Mikula. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Jeffrey (Kathryn), Ryan, Lauren Oplinger (Samuel) and Sara; his brothers, Jerome and Darryl; his grandson Atlas David; and his mother-in-law Lorraine Keis.
