She was predeceased by: her parent John Jendrysek. She is survived by: her spouse John J.; her parent Sophie Jendrysek; her siblings, Robert Jendrysek (Connie), Mary Ann Crean (James) and John Jendrysek (Eileen); and also, Jack, Oakie and O'Connor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
