He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Karl Jacobik and Daniel Otremba; and his siblings, John (late Helen), Stanley (Anna), Virginia Sabatini and James Otremba (Angie).
He is survived by: his spouse Marion Otremba; his children, Linda Jackson (Jeff) of Edward and Tamara Harbold (Darren); his grandchildren, Keith Jacobik (Carren), Megan Otremba, Melissa Otremba, Chase Harbold and Brayden Harbold; his great grandchildren, Kepler Jacobik and Carter Jacobik; and his siblings, Eugene (Jean) and Julie Schafer (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
