He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Smith and Irene Smith; and his sister Phoebe. He is survived by: his wife Helen Smith; his children, Aaron Smith (Susan) of Hamburg, Nathan Smith of San Francisco, CA and Sarah Sheff (Bill) of Lancaster; and his siblings, David Smith (late Pat) of Mesa, AZ, Linda J. Smith of Springville and Pat Fenstermaker (Ron) of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
