He was predeceased by: his spouse Andrea Montalvo; and his parents, Alejandro Montalvo and Orsilia Montalvo. He is survived by: his children, Robin Carlo, Monte Montalvo, Mario Montalvo (Holly), Tanya Montalvo (Laurie) and Giovanni Montalvo (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Aaron, Michael, Elysia, Malina, Mario, Leila, Lorenzo, Mia, Jordan, Elyse, Elyana, Geneviev and Giovanni; and his siblings, Elowina Morales, Hilda Arroyo, Ida Holy, Annie McArthur and Alex Montalvo.
