He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Marion "Lou" Romanello; his children, John Romanello (Anne) and Melissa Romanello; his stepson James C. Gehrke; his grandchildren, Frank Romanello and Mia Romanello; his parents, Joseph G. Romanello and Mary Romanello; his brothers, Joseph Romanello (Josephine) and James Romanello (Jeanne); his siblings' children, Ty Romanello (Melissa), Britt Tenny (Michael) and Samantha Katz (Dan); and also Lou. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; Alongside his brothers.
