She is survived by: her children, Patricia Horbachewski (William), Diana Damstetter, Judy Kish (Robert), Carol D'Alessandro (late Richard), Leonard Jr., Damstetter Bialy and Sandra Bialy (Mark); her parent Antoinette Piegzik; and her siblings, Edna and Wnuk. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
