He is survived by: his children, Deborah Collins-Richter (Paul) and Scott Collins (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wozniak (James), William (Amanda), Paul (Sara), Brandy Franklin (Evan), Isabella, Sophia, Emilia and Emily Collins; his great grandchildren, Robert, Ava, Noah, Corbin and Ripley; his siblings, Donald R., Robert K. Collins (Vicky) and Linda S. Collins-Weber; and his sister-in-law Liz Collins.
