It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lola M. Gawlick of Hamburg, New York, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lola had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lola may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her son Norman Gawlick (Julie); and her sister Rose Victor (late Pete). She is survived by: her husband Norman G. Gawlick; her son Timothy Gawlick (Patricia Meckes); and her siblings, William McDonough (Dolores) and Sharon McCloy (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Cemetery (180 French Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224).
