She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Sterlace and Isabelle "Sis" Sterlace. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Baker (Susan), Katelin, Nicholas Baker, Tony Hopper (Lisa) and Ricky Hopper; her grandchild Dakota Baker; and her siblings, Daniel Sterlace (Kathleen), Susan Bray (Richard), Dawn Meyer, Frances and Christopher Sterlace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Contributions in Nichelene's honor may be made to the American Legion Post 409.
